The whole system operates under complete negative pressure,with reliable sealing,no dust spillage,and clean environment.The collection of finished products adopts a bag-type dust collector,and the dust removal efficiency is as high as 99.9%,which is higher than the latest national environmental protection standard;

External independent thin oil lubrication station is installed to facilitate oil replacement.Both the reducer and the roller bearings are lubricated with forced thin oil,which takes away a lot of heat while lubricating and improves the service life of the reducer and roller bearings;
The hydraulic maintenance device can easily tum the grinding roller out of the machine,and the replacement of the grinding roller sleeve and the maintenance of the grinding roller are convenient and quick.
