Working Principle:

The circular vibrating screen is mainly composed of screen box, vibrator, suspension (or supporting) device, motors and other components. Motor drives vibrator spindle rotates through the triangle belt. Due to the centrifugal inertia force of unbalanced weight on the vibrator, the screen box is vibrated. Different amplitude can be obtained by changing the vibrator eccentric shaft.
