Spiral Classifier

The spiral classifier is mainly divided into four types, they are high weir type single helix and the double helix, sunken-type single helix and double helix. It is widely used to match with ball mill form a closed-circuit cycle to classify mineral sand match in beneficiation plant, to grade ore and fine mud in gravity concentrator, to grade pulp particle size in ore beneficiation process. It also be used for mud removal, dehydration and other operations in mineral washing operations. The classifier is featured by simple structure, reliable operation, easy to operate, etc.

Classifier structure: The classifier mainly consists of transmission device, helix, tank body, lifting mechanism, lower bearing (bearing) and discharging valve.

The head into water and shaft head of spiral shaft is made of pig iron sleeve, which makes operation reliable. The stone powder quality is easy to control, the 0.00--0.75mm stone powder content can be adjusted between 2%-15%.

Low maintenance rate, strong wear-resistance

The use of tile liner makes low maintenance rate. The base adopts groove steel, machine body is welded by steel plate, which has good quality and high wear-resistance.
