The cooler is one of the important equipment in rotary kiln system. Its function is to cool the clinker (1000-1300 ℃) coming out from the rotary kiln down to (200 ℃ below) and to improve the clinker quality and abrasion at the same time.
Outstanding Advantages
High thermal efficiency
The clinker is lifted in lifting area for several times and it is dispersed evenly, so that intense heat exchange can be carried on between cool air and hot clinker. The equipment can recycle all the cool air that used to cooling material into the kiln as circulating air, which is conducive to improving rotary kiln thermal efficiency.
Rapid cooling
Material and air can be carried on fully heat exchange through cooler cylinder rotation. The Clinker coming out from rotary kiln can be quickly cooled to below 200 ℃, at the same time clinker quality and abrasion resistance are improved.
Improve equipment operation rate
The cooler completely eliminates the destruction that"snowman" and "Red River" phenomenon has on grate plate, improves equipment operation rate.
