Ball mill is the key equipment for materials grinding after materials are crushed. Ball Mill is widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractories, fertilizers, black and non-ferrous metal mineral processing and glass ceramics and other production industries, it can carry on dry or wet grinding for all kinds of ores and other grinding materials.
Ball Mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotary part, transmission part(reducer, small transmission gear, electric motor, electric control) and other main parts. Hollow Shaft is made of steel castings, inner lining can be removable, rotary gear is machined by casting hobbing, cylinder body inlaid with wear-resistant liner with good wear resistance. The machine runs stably and has reliable performance.
Reliable operation and long life: Due to its whole hydraulic operation, convenient to operate and easy to realize automatic, its reliability and service life increased expectancy greatly.
High grinding efficiency: The lining plate and grinding body are made of alumina ceramic, quartz, SILEX or special materials. The hard mineral is designed with no iron pollution. The cylinder, liner, media, partition board and discharge grate are made of high-quality original combination, it improves the grinding efficiency greatly.
Large capacity: Large feeding amount and reasonable feed opening design increases the amount of feed and improves work efficiency.
Environmental Protection: Ultra-fine ball mill and the closed system formed by classifier achieves negative pressure transmission with no dust, reduces the harm to human health.
